Trip to Mexico

Ok! we went to visit Wayne and Marlene in Phoenix for about five days. Dad just felt we needed to get away for a little while and Wayne and Marlene have been asking every year since the first time we went to visit them to come down. Wayne called and said to come and they'd take us to Rocky Point Mexico where they have a Villa. It was a very nice place but very few people were there because we went during the middle of the week and because they have been feeling the effects of the economic down turn. All building has stopped and the places finished won't sell so it's kind of like a ghost town of a resort. It was fun to have a resort all to ourselves. We played on the 18 hole putting green. Swam in the pools and went to eat in the little Mexican town that has only one paved road and a million skinny dogs running around. We had shrimp and flounder the nights we went out to eat. We walked on the beach and talked alot to Wayne and Marlene. They are the kind of people that when you've spent a few days with them you really feel good about yourself because they love you to death. We think they treat everyone like that but sometimes you feel that you are their very dearest friends. Just a note dad and Marlene got holes in one the day we played the 18 hole putting green. We promise we will tell you when we leave the country again. Jon and Melinda knew where we were so when in doubt call them.
